Unprepared specimens are not easily found, especially fully covered specimens. Majority of fossils are found by splitting the stones.
We can’t guarantee the specie or if the fossil is 100% preserved when it’s fully covered. It’s a risky situation that presents high reward and satisfaction if the prep work ends up as expected.
